When will my order ship?
Orders placed by 11 AM EAT will be shipped by our warehouse the same business day. Orders placed after 11 AM EAT will ship the next business day. Please note that all carriers are experiencing delays, however, and carriers are not guaranteeing delivery dates at this time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to every country in the world.
Where do you ship from?
Mostly Nairobi, Kisumu. However, some items might ship directly from our office in Kericho and be mailed separately.
How much does shipping cost?
It depends on the weight of your order (how many books are included in your order). Shipping within the Kenya. starts at KES 200, to East African Countries starts at KES 1000, and to the rest of the world starts at KES 2000.
What shipping carrier do you use?
We ship orders within the Kenya via Sendy Mail. International orders are shipped using the best quality and most cost-effective carrier, based on the time of order and delivery location, from a network of providers.
Is expedited shipping available?
Yes, you can select expedited shipping for orders to Kenya or within the East Africa Please note, however, that carriers are experiencing delays and are not guaranteeing delivery dates at this time.
Will there be additional duty charges on my order?
Some international orders incur additional fees or duties owed to the carrier upon receipt of the package. These fees are not charged by us, nor are they communicated to us by the carrier. They are strictly charged by the carrier and vary from country to country.
How long will my order take to arrive?
If you’re in the continental Africa., you can expect to receive your order within 3-4 business days. If you’re outside of the Africa., you can generally expect express orders within 1-2 weeks. International standard orders may take longer depending on the time it takes to get through customs and the speed of your local post. Carriers and customs are experiencing delays at this time.
Do you accept returns?
